How do I place an order?

Browse the shop or a collection page, open the product, choose your size or colour where applicable, then tap “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. From your bag, continue to checkout, enter your delivery details, pick a payment method and confirm the order.

Can I order through WhatsApp?

Yes. Every product page has an “Order on WhatsApp” button, and WhatsApp is also a payment option at checkout. We create your order first, then open WhatsApp with your order number, items and total already filled in so nothing is lost in translation.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Straight after checkout you are taken to an order confirmation page showing your order number, items, total and delivery details. You also receive an order confirmation email, and you can revisit the order any time from the Order Lookup page.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, while the order is still being processed. Open your order from Order Lookup or My Account and submit a cancellation request, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Orders already dispatched follow the returns process instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online payment by card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money through our Nigerian payment gateway; manual bank transfer; WhatsApp checkout; and pay on delivery on selected routes.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed on the gateway's secure, PCI-compliant pages over 256-bit SSL. We never see or store your card details, and every order total is recalculated on our server so amounts cannot be tampered with.

What happens if my payment fails?

Nothing is charged and no paid order is created — the order simply stays unpaid so you can retry with another method. If money left your account but the order still shows unpaid, send us your transaction reference on WhatsApp and we will reconcile it.

Do you accept bank transfer?

Yes. Choose “Manual Bank Transfer” at checkout and our account details appear on the confirmation screen. Your items are reserved for 48 hours; the order is marked “Pending Payment” until we confirm the transfer, then it moves to processing.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes — we deliver to every state in Nigeria from our base in Gwagwalada, Abuja, and we also ship internationally on request.

How long does delivery take?

Abuja typically 1–2 business days, Lagos and other major cities 2–4 business days, and other states 3–6 business days. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.

How much is delivery to Lagos, Abuja and other states?

Delivery is calculated from your location at checkout and shown in the order summary before payment: Abuja city is our lowest rate, Abuja suburbs slightly higher, Lagos and other major cities next, and remote states highest. Larger orders can qualify for free delivery — the discount appears automatically.

How can I track my order?

Use the Order Lookup page with your order number plus the email or phone number used at checkout, or open the order from My Account. Once dispatched, the carrier and tracking number appear on the same page.

How do I select sizes and colours?

Where a product has options, a size or colour selector appears on the product page above the “Add to Cart” button. Out-of-stock options are disabled, and the selected option is carried through your bag, checkout and order confirmation.

Are products available immediately?

Everything listed on the site is in stock and ready to dispatch. Live stock is shown on the product page, and low-stock items are flagged so you know when only a few remain.

How often do you restock?

New arrivals land regularly, and best-sellers are restocked as soon as they sell out. If a piece you want is unavailable, message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know the moment it is back.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Open the order from Order Lookup or My Account and submit a return request — full details are on our Returns page.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges for a different size, colour or a piece of equal value are welcome within the same 7-day window, subject to availability. Send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will arrange the swap.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

We fix it at our cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we will send the correct item and arrange collection of the wrong one.
